 I signed up with 1st Call Management about two and half to three years ago, principally to help me manage a let property when I am away. Simin was assigned to me as the person who would help me. From the start she was charming and helpful. Since then I have found both the Company, and more importantly Simin to be absolutely invaluable. She is charming, trustworthy, reliable and efficient, and as a result, managing my property is made so much easier, and some of my tenants have made a point of telling me how helpful she has been. Knowing that Simin is in charge of the property when I am out of the country is very re-assuring for me, as she always lets me know when the tenants have arrived and what sort of state the flat is in when they have left. On a couple of occasions she has also helped me out by walking my dog, a task I would not trust to just anyone.
